Terms of Service
1. Purpose
GWS CLI Integration is a personal productivity application that helps an authorized user upload receipt images to Google Drive and record transaction details in Google Sheets.
2. Authorization
The application may act on a Google account only after the account holder grants OAuth permission. The user is responsible for ensuring that submitted instructions and source documents are lawful and accurate.
3. Acceptable use
The application must not be used to access another person's files without authorization, violate applicable law, distribute malicious content, or interfere with Google services.
4. Accuracy and availability
Receipt extraction may contain errors when source images are unclear or incomplete. Users should review important financial records. The service is provided on an as-available basis and may be interrupted by third-party services, authentication expiry, maintenance, or technical failures.
5. User control
The user retains control of files and records stored in their Google account and may modify or delete them at any time. OAuth access may be revoked through Google Account security settings.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from inaccurate source data, user instructions, unavailable third-party services, or unauthorized use of the user's account.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in functionality or applicable requirements. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
